HOW MANY ATTENDANTS DO YOU NEED?
For most photo booth rentals you only need 1 Photo Booth attendant, but we can provide 2 or more.
Photo booths are automated vending machines that are designed to be left unattended in shopping malls and theme parks. Your guests just push the start button and follow the on-screen directions. So what’s the attendants job?
1. Encourage guests to use the Photo Booth.
2. Assist guests with the on-screen instructions (grandparents and small children).
3. Offer props & party signs to your guests and make sure they return them for the next group.
4. Keep the line moving when you have guests that forget there are other people waiting in line.
5. Encourage and assist your guests to print an extra copy of their photo and place it in a scrapbook and write a personal message.
6. Change the paper/ink and keep the photo booth area clean.
PROPS
All Photo Booth rentals include premium Photo Booth props with your Photo Booth rental. This includes an assortment of quality hats, deluxe boas, party signs, and sunglasses your guests will want to wear. We know lots of companies like to use fancy words like deluxe and premium, but we actually mean it at Cocktail Hour Entertainment.

PHOTO BOOTH DESIGN
All Photo Booth rentals include a custom made design with your logo so all photo booth prints, texts, emails, and uploads to social media are branded with your logo and message. Cocktail Hour Entertainment always provides the total photo booth experience.
BACKDROPS
Most Photo Booth rentals include a free backdrop. You can choose from any of the sequin curtains or fabric backdrops below. If you do not request a backdrop our office will pick one for you based on your theme or colors. Most backdrops are 8′ wide x 8′ high. If you don’t see a backdrop you like you can rent one from our rental section at the very bottom of this page. The rentals are backdrops we do not own.
NOTE: Hedge walls, custom made backdrops (Ex. Step & Repeat), and rental backdrops are not included for free.
HOW TO PICK ONE OF OUR FREE BACKDROPS
1a. On a PC or Mac, scroll down and hover your mouse over any backdrop and a number (#) and title will appear.
1b. On your phone, select any image and on the bottom of your screen you will see a number (#) and title.
2. Email us both the # and title to document your request. We will reply to confirm availability.
3. If the backdrop you request is already reserved, we’ll ask for a 2nd choice.

Open Air Photo Booths
“Open Air” Photo Booths are stand alone Photo Booths with no walls that look like a kiosk with a touch screen and a camera. These Photo Booths are usually smaller in size, but they have no walls so they require more set up space. They are usually set up in front of a curtain or backdrop. These Photo Booths are the most popular for social events b/c they allow larger groups of people in the photos. Open Air Photo Booths are the latest trend in photo booth rentals.
If you want an Open Air Photo Booth with more privacy you can set up your Open Air Photo Booth inside one of our privacy enclosures. An enclosure is any type of structure with walls and a doorway so guests can go inside to use the Photo Booth. Some companies call these “enclosed Photo Booths”, but technically they’re the same open air Photo Booth except they’re being set up inside a separate enclosure instead of setting them up in front of a curtain.
Classic Photo Booths
Classic Photo Booths are larger photo booths with a built-in bench or stool and a small privacy curtain. This type of photo booth has been around the longest. All components, such as the Camera, Printer, Monitor, Lights, Speakers, and Backdrop are built into the Photo Booth. You usually find these types of Photo Booths at shopping malls, theme parks, and Family Entertainment Centers (FECs).

Our Green Screen Photography is the fastest in the industry! Our proprietary software is tailored for extremely fast, high-volume print outs so you get more photos for your money! Guests stand in front of a green screen and take their photo. The green background is removed and replaced with your design. The finished photo is printed, texted, emailed, or uploaded to social media. Clients receive a digital master copy of all photos.
