Custom LED Sign
Our LED neon signs look like just like the original glass tube neon lights, but they are cool to the touch, low voltage (12V), brighter, and safer. Our custom LED signs are custome made with your name, color, and size. Our standard size for 3D enclosures is 42″ Long x 25″H.
Signs must be ordered no later than 1 month prior to your event.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
Our signs are handmade to order. The complexity of your design determines production time. It takes apx 3 weeks for us to receive your custom LED sign after your order is confirmed. Rush orders are not available for last minute sign requests.
COLORS:
We have 11 solid colors and a multi color option.
Green, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Purple, Red, Pink, Orange, Orange Yellow, Gold Yellow, Yellow, White, or Multi Color.
Multi Color is a single color design, but using the included remote control, we can change the color to any single color. Multi Color is the best choice if you don’t like any of our single colors.
FONTS:
We can make your LED sign with almost any font including cursive fonts, block fonts or double lined fonts. If you want a specific font you need to email the font to us. Our designers will create a mock-up for you to ensure it meets your expectations.
COST:
We have a standard price for a 1 color sign up to 42″ Wide by 28″H. If you want a larger sign, multi color, or color changing sign this will increase the cost. There is a discount if you buy 3 or more signs in the same order.
DELIVERY & SET UP:
If you order a 3D enclosure we will deliver and set up your LED sign at no additional charge. After the event is over the sign is yours to keep. Our LED signs should last 50,000 hours.

All Photo Booth rentals include a free backdrop. Choose any color, pattern, or design from our inventory by CLICKING HERE. We have sequin curtains, solid color fabric backdrops, Satin Rosette backdrops, and many different stretch fabric designs to match most themes. All Photo Booth rentals include a free prop table.
Quality props are fun to use and they make using your photo booth more fun. Cheap props look…cheap.
Our prop table includes a table cover, costume rack, and sunglasses stand. We provide assorted deluxe sunglasses, not the cheap $5/dozen sunglasses other companies provide. We provide thick polyester boas which look much better than the cheaper feather boas. Did you know the polyester boas cost much more for us to purchase than the feather boas, but they look much better, last longer, and don’t leave a mess of feathers everywhere. We provide assorted colorful party signs that can be customized by request. Theme related Props are also available for some themes.

All Photo Booth rentals include a free quality scrapbook upon request.
Scrapbooks include assorted metallic or neon markers, glue sticks, and blank pages. Guests are encouraged to print an extra copy and add it to your scrapbook and write a personal message. The finished scrapbook will be a cherished keepsake from your event.

Mobile Selfie Roaming Photo Booth: Upgrade to Canon DSLR Camera
Upgrade your existing mobile selfie photo booth to our new Canon DSLR model.
Our standard mobile selfie photo booth uses the “pinhole” camera in the iPad touch screen to take photos. This upgrade replaces the “pinhole camera with a full-size Canon DSLR camera for professional quality photos. We highly recommend this upgrade, especially if you booked your mobile selfie photo booth with prints. Everything else about this upgraded mobile selfie booth is identicle to the original mobile selfie booth.
There are many companies that offer portable, mobile selfie photo booths, but we use the top brand roamers, not the cheaper imitations, we use the newest iPad Pros, Canon R50s (not the cheaper R100s), and the best software. Let Cocktail Hour Entertainment provide a custom designed 8×8 or 8×10 photo backdrop for your party. We offer custom fabric backdrops or mylar crinkle walls. Our fabric backdrops are printed on stretch fabric, not vinyl! Why stretch fabric? Stretch fabric has no wrinkles versus vinyl backdrops which hold fold memory so if they get wrinkles from folding them it’s hard to get rid of those wrinkles. Another advantage of fabric backdrops is their ability to absorb the light from the photo booth flash versus vinyl backdrops which reflect the light back at the photo booth which can cause a white glow to appear in all the photos. Fabric backdrops also have a cleaner look because they’re stretched over a custom aluminum frame and have low profile feet which are barely noticeable and are not a tripping hazard like tripods used on some vinyl backdrops.

Many companies offer these enclosures as if they are a single large photo booth, but this is not accurate. These enclosures can be set up with almost any photo booth set up inside them, but with South Florida Arcade Game Rentals you get to choose! Most Photo Booth enclosures are 7’x7’x7′ to 8’x8’x8′. Call us and we will help you find the perfect photo booth enclosure for your photo booth.

Cocktail Hour Entertainment’s custom designed 8×8 or 8×10 Mylar Crinkle walls are built in house and designed as a photo booth backdrop. We offer custom size walls and a variety of mylar colors and patterns. Our Mylar Crinkle backdrops service includes design, delivery, and set up. To prevent problems at your event we build our crinkle backdrops in advance and deliver them in our large trucks in custom roadcases! Most companies build it at your party because they don’t own the trucks or custom roadcases to protect them during delivery. We invested in the equipment to do it right, why didn’t they? If the Mylar walls are built at your party and there is a problem they may not have time to fix it.

Our new photo booth simulcast option displays multiple photos, animated gifs, and boomerang videos live on screen. This is not like a standard photo montage showing 1 photo at a time. Imagine moments after your photo is taken it appears on screen with multiple guest photos at the same time. We can show a customized number of images simultaneously, and after a set amount of time every image is replaced with a new (or old) image so there are always different photos, gifs, and boomerangs on screen to keep your guests entertained. This option is brandable with your logo on every image and full screen advertisements.

UPGRADE: PROJECTOR AND SCREEN RENTALS
Rent one of our video screens to play your photo montage, music videos, zoom session, or even live simulcast your dance floor. You can also rent our video screens to use with our game rentals and photo booths. We do delivery, set up, and strike 7 days a week.
We use the same professional screens and projectors used at hotels, only we charge less! We use 120″ rear projection screens coated with a reflective material to increase brightness. Our video projectors are 4000+ ANSI lumen which means they are very bright and can be used in both dark or lit rooms. We set up our video screens using rear projection so the projector is hidden behind the screen for a more professional look with no messy cables or guests walking in front of the screen making shadows.
Our projectors are “short throw” so we only need a throw distance of 2-3′ behind the screen to fill up a 10′ screen. A standard projector requires 15-20′ of throw distance which means you’d need more set up space. Using a short throw projector is better because it requires little space and doesn’t compromise video quality or brightness.
Our screen rentals include a dress kit for a more professional look. A dress kit is the black curtains used on the bottom, sides, and top of the screen.

Our custom trifold (3-sided) displays are 4′ to 8′ tall. Each side of the display is customized with your artwork. These self standing displays can be set up anywhere as decoration for your event. They are also light weight and easy to move. We make these trifold displays in-house. There are many configurations available and they can be used to enhance our 3D photo booth enclosures, photo booth backdrops, games, or even your room decor.
