"As the owner, I personally planned a large event before and I couldn't believe how lazy a lot of the vendors were when it came to preparing for my event. They wanted me to do all their leg work so all they had to do was show up. No phone calls, no follow ups (unless I initiated the call). The whole experience felt very cold b/c they just wanted to send me an email to fill out their party form online and then just show up at my event. The lack of human interaction made me feel like they didn't care about my party. Anyway, I followed their instructions and filled out their party form and waited for a response. I didn't get any confirmation that they received my form nor did I get a phone call. Again, I had to contact them to make sure they received my information and were ready for my party. The day before the event I did receive a few last minute phone calls, which in my opinion should have been asked sooner. I could tell they procrastinated in many ways, and being in the business I could see how disorganized they were. Like many clients, I didn't complain b/c I was busy with other details and I just wanted to enjoy my event."
